OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR

JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to support the Moraitis Watersports & Moraitis Outdoors departments in Costa Navarino. You will be responsible for handling administrative tasks, managing guest inquiries, tracking room charges for activities, and assisting with marketing efforts such as website updates and promotional materials.

SOME THINGS THAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

• Guest Communication & Administration

  • Respond to emails and inquiries related to watersports and outdoor activities.

  • Coordinate activity bookings and maintain an updated schedule.

  • Track and manage room charges for activities and ensure accurate billing.

  • Maintain and organize activity-related records and reports.

• Website & Marketing Support

  • Update and maintain our website with relevant information about activities and promotions.

  • Work closely with the marketing team to create and implement digital campaigns.

  • Assist in writing newsletters, blog posts, and promotional content.

• Graphic Design & Brochure Development

  • Collaborate with graphic designers to create visually appealing brochures and promotional materials.

  • Ensure that marketing materials align with the resort’s branding guidelines.

• General Administrative Support

  • Assist in organizing staff schedules.

  • Maintain office supplies and ensure efficient workflow within the department.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience in an administrative, customer service, or marketing role.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency in the Google Workspace Suite.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Passion for watersports, outdoor activities, and hospitality is highly desirable.
